ABB AM54 Variable Area Flowmeter, 1in Flange
The ABB AM54 is a simple, rugged flowmeter for indicating, monitoring, and controlling liquid flow rates in industrial process piping systems and plants.
Manufactured by ABB, this variable area flowmeter uses a tapered glass tube and float design to visually indicate flow rate. Float rises/falls with changes in flow velocity. This model has a 1-inch inlet/outlet pipe diameter with standard flange connections. Measuring scale is direct reading for flow rate in gallons/minute or liters/minute. Wide measurement ranges from 0.3 ft/s to 15 ft/s flow velocity. Glass tube, float and all wetted parts made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Can handle clean or dirty water, oils, chemicals, viscous liquids. No external power required, provides direct flow indication. Suitable for flow monitoring, batching, filling applications. Rugged industrial construction with IP67 rating for dust and water protection.
